A garage or controlled indoor bay is strongly preferred. Outdoor wind and dust can contaminate the installation. ### Does ceramic tint have to be dark? No. Heat-management performance and visible darkness are separate film characteristics. ### Can you tint over existing film? No. Existing film must be removed and adhesive cleaned before a new installation. Removal is quoted separately. ### What about windshields and glass roofs?
