Promotion terms

The details, in plain words.

Who qualifies: first-time customers who book an Express or Executive Interior, Exterior, or Full Detail, or Signature Packages, by November 30, 2026.
Tell us early: speak up at the walkaround, or text, call, or email us with photos within 48 hours after the service ends.
We fix it first: we come back within 7 days and make it right at no charge. If you're still not satisfied, your next detail is free.
What counts: work in your package that was missed or not done to standard.
What doesn't: dirt, dust, water spots, or pet hair after we leave, and anything we flagged at the walkaround as not fully removable.
Your free detail: the same package on the same vehicle, booked within 90 days. Our normal reschedule policy applies.
Limits: one per customer, household, and vehicle. Not transferable, no cash value, and not combined with other offers.
End date: the promotion covers details booked by November 30, 2026. Valid claims on those details are honored even if the service date falls after that.

Returning customers

Returning-customer discount for one-time details: 15% off within 3 months of your last detail and 10% off within 6 months. It ends after 6 months and does not apply to maintenance visits. We apply it automatically, but it helps to mention it when you book.

For one-time details only (not maintenance visits), the returning-customer and multi-car discounts can combine. Discounts stack by taking half of the larger one and adding it to the smaller one. Example: a returning customer within 3 months booking 2 cars gets 15% off the first car and 17.5% off the second. Half of 15 is 7.5, plus 10.

What it covers

Plain about what a detail can fix.

Covered

Anything in your package we missed or didn't finish to standard
Dirt left inside, or dust and residue left on the paint
Streaks on glass and missed areas

Not covered

Things no detail can remove: permanent dye loss, deep scratches, and damaged trim. We point these out at the walkaround.
Anything that happens after we leave, like rain, pets, or a trip to the beach.
Paint correction, ceramic coatings, tint, and specialty work. Those carry their own warranties.
We remove child seats but don't reinstall them.

Do I pay for the return visit?

No. If something in your package was missed, the fix is on us.

Why do you need photos?

So Julian can see the issue before he drives out and bring the right tools to fix it the first time.

What does "next detail" mean?

The same package on the same vehicle. Book it within 90 days. Add-ons and upgrades are at the regular price.

Is the listed price the final price?

Most of the time, yes. Listed prices are starting points for a sedan or coupe in serviceable condition; larger vehicles cost more. We confirm the price after reviewing the vehicle, location, requested finish, and any photos you share - and the total can go up based on condition when we arrive. Details are on the Terms page.

What changes the price?

Pet hair, excess trash, and mold can change the price, depending on the package and the vehicle’s condition. Mention them when you book.

What if I notice something after 48 hours?
