What is the difference between a car wash and a detail?
A wash cleans the paint. A detail hand washes with pH-balanced soap, does the wheels and wells as their own step, and works the seams, seat rails, and touchpoints inside.
Which detail does my car need?
Interior if the cabin is the problem, exterior if it's the paint and wheels, full if it's both. Pick Express for routine dirt and Executive when grime has set in.
Express packages are for routine upkeep and dirt and grime. Exterior Express finishes with a spray wax sealant (about 2 to 3 months). Executive adds extraction and full steam inside, plus clay, iron removal, and a ceramic sealant outside (up to one year).
Does pet hair cost extra?
Yes. On an Express, pet hair is an add-on: $40 light, $65 medium, or $90 heavy. On an Executive, light pet hair is covered, medium is $25, and heavy is $55. Light means minimal hair through the cabin with a few heavier spots. Medium is a moderate layer you can see at a glance that isn't deeply embedded. Heavy means the seats and carpet are covered and caked. Mention it when you book.
Do you charge for a lot of trash in the car?
Yes. Trash removal is $20, or $45 when cleanup takes more than 10 to 15 minutes. Extreme cases are quoted separately. Mention it when you book.
Do you clean mold out of a car?

Yes. The booking form asks for sedan or coupe, SUV or truck, or van or XL. An Express Exterior, for example, starts from $104.99, $127.98, or $149.58 across those sizes.
Who confirms my booking?
Julian reviews every request so the service, timing, and vehicle line up, then confirms by text or call. The person who confirms your booking is the person who details the car.
Can you come the same day?
Sometimes. We ask for one day's notice by default, and the booking form starts tomorrow. For same-day, call or text (760) 964-3784.
Do you reinstall child seats?
No. We remove child seats but don't reinstall them. Follow the seat manufacturer's instructions when you put them back.
What do you need at my location?
The vehicle needs a safe place to work with at least 4 feet of clear space on all four sides. We bring spot-free deionized water and run off our own generator, so hookups aren't needed. If you have them, mention it when you book, as it can be helpful. We capture runoff as best we can, so also flag garage access, property rules, and runoff restrictions.
How should I prepare the vehicle?
Remove personal items and valuables from areas you want cleaned. We remove child seats but don't reinstall them. Follow the seat manufacturer's instructions when you put them back. Areas still holding belongings are left as they are. Details are in the Terms and FAQ.

Can every stain, scratch, or odor be removed?
No. We use the safest effective process for each material and finish. Permanent dye loss, deep scratches, damaged trim, and contamination beneath surfaces may need repair.
Can you detail outside in any weather?
Light weather can sometimes be managed, but strong rain or direct sun can compromise products and results. We will reschedule or require suitable cover when conditions are not safe for the service.
How do I maintain the finish afterward?
Use pH-neutral products, clean towels, and paint-safe hand-wash methods. Avoid automatic brush washes and harsh household cleaners, which can scratch paint or damage interior materials.
