Planning your service
Describe the surface in daylight before choosing a package. Road film, embedded contamination, and damaged paint can look similar in a quick phone photo.

Express Exterior suits a car on a regular wash cycle. Show us the wheels, lower doors, and front bumper so we can see the buildup rather than guessing from a clean-looking roof.

Executive Exterior adds clay and iron removal before protection. Mention tree parking, sprinkler exposure, or a long period outdoors so the preparation can be assessed.

Clay removes bonded contamination; polishing is a separate service for suitable paint defects. Chips, peeling clear coat, and scratches through the finish need a different assessment.

Tell us about ceramic coating, film, a recent respray, or matte paint before work starts. Send any product or installer information you have so the treatment can be matched to the surface.
After the service
Inland dust and coastal film return between details. Avoid dragging a dry towel across a dusty panel. Use clean wash tools and keep wheel-cleaning tools separate from the paint. Tell Julian how the car is usually washed so the walkthrough can cover the routine you will use at home.
If the clean paint still has swirls or etched marks, ask about a paint assessment before booking another cleaning package. Exterior detailing, correction, and ceramic coating each address a different part of the finish.

Light weather can sometimes be managed. Strong rain or direct sun can compromise products and results. We reschedule or need cover when conditions are not safe for the service.
No. Exterior packages stay outside–on glass, wheels, and trim. Book an interior or full detail if the inside also needs work.
Express Exterior is about one to two hours. Executive Exterior is about three to four hours. Size, contamination, and access can change the time.
