Do you cover every neighborhood, from the Glens to Peñasquitos Creek?
Yes. We take requests in all eleven neighborhoods the City's plan names: the Glens, the Village, Black Mountain, Sunset Hills, the Bluffs, Twin Trails, Town Center, the Views, Ridgewood, Parkview, and Peñasquitos Creek. What matters for the visit isn't the neighborhood name but the parking spot. We need a level driveway or garage with room to open every door, and any HOA rules on mobile service. Send the street address and a photo of the spot when you book.
Is 92129 always Rancho Peñasquitos?
Not always. Most of the community uses ZIP 92129, but some nearby City park addresses use 92130, and the ZIP line doesn't follow the plan boundary exactly. That's why we confirm by street address instead of ZIP. Enter your address as it appears on your mail when you book, and Julian will check it on the map. If you're right at the edge, nearby pages such as Carmel Valley or Carmel Mountain Ranch may be the closer match, and either way we can book it.
Can you work on a hillside or canyon-street driveway?
Often, yes, as long as there's a level spot for the car. A steep driveway isn't safe for opening doors and moving around with equipment, and products don't sit right on a slope. Send a photo of the driveway from the street and one from where the car is parked. If the drive is too steep, a garage, a flat pad, or a level spot at the curb in front of your home may work, and we'll suggest the best option.
Can you remove pet hair from carpet and the cargo area?
Yes. Executive Interior, from $284.99 for a sedan or coupe, includes light pet hair along with extraction and full steam. Heavy pet hair on an Executive detail is $55 more, because hair that has woven into carpet and cargo liners takes a lot of time to pull out by hand. Send a photo of the worst area, usually the cargo floor or the back seat, and we'll tell you which level fits before you book the appointment.
Can you restore cloudy headlights on a commuter car?
Yes. Headlight restoration starts at $99.99 a pair for a sedan or coupe, and we do it at your home. It works when the yellowing and haze are on the outer surface of the lens, which is common on cars that sit outside and see a lot of freeway miles. If a lens is cracked, chipped deep, or has moisture inside, restoration won't fix it. Send a close daylight photo of each headlight, and Julian will tell you which you have.
Can you work at my HOA or condo lot?
Often, with permission. Many associations and property managers have rules about mobile service, work hours, and water running into the street or a drain, so check yours first and send the rules with your request. We need a space with room to open every door, not a tight spot between two other cars. A photo of the space, with the neighboring cars in view, lets us tell you whether it will work before you book the visit.
Can you clean trail dust after a Black Mountain hike?
Yes. Dry dust from the summit trail and the canyon preserve settles into floor mats, door pockets, and seat seams. Express Interior, from $174.99 for a sedan or coupe, usually takes care of it with a careful vacuum and seam work. If wet shoes or a muddy dog soaked it into the carpet, Executive Interior adds extraction and steam. Take photos of the footwells and the cargo area after your hike so the package matches the actual job.
Is this the same area as Carmel Mountain Ranch or Rancho Bernardo?
No. Carmel Mountain Ranch and Rancho Bernardo are separate community plan areas in the City of San Diego, each with its own plan and its own page on our site. We serve all three, so if you're near a boundary and not sure which one you're in, it doesn't change the booking. Send the street address and we'll check it on the map. You can also read the Carmel Mountain Ranch and Rancho Bernardo pages.
Can you detail at my office with the property's OK?
Yes. Ask your property manager whether mobile detailing is allowed in the lot and which spaces we can use, and send their answer with your request. A photo of the space helps. Meet us at the start to hand over keys and point out anything important. The car needs to stay in that one space for the whole appointment, so plan not to need it until we're done. When it's ready, we find you to walk the car together.
