A cool engine comes first.
Have the vehicle safely available and tell Julian if it has just been driven. Before cleaning, he checks for rodent damage or other serious damage that could let water reach the engine or electrical system. Share known leaks, warning lights, exposed wiring, and previous repairs. Cooling time and component condition affect when cleaning can begin.
Pre-soak and contact wash
Degreasers, foam, and several brush sizes for accessible areas.
Rinse and dressing
Rinse accessible surfaces and dress plastics and hoses.

Protect. Degrease. Rinse. Dress.
Electronics and intakes are protected as needed. Degreasers and surfactants loosen buildup before rinsing; foaming engine degreaser and detail brushes work through accessible contact areas. Plastics and hoses receive dressing. High alternators in the cleaning path get dedicated water-resistant bags. Lower units outside that path are assessed according to their position.

A coolant-covered Infiniti G37.
In Julian’s documented 2011 G37 job, a burst coolant hose had sprayed coolant through the bay. A cool-engine pre-soak, rinse, and foaming contact wash with several brush sizes removed the buildup. Tight access and hidden damage still limit what can be reached. The cleaning addressed the residue; it did not repair the leak.

Signature includes this work. Rodent cleanup is different.
Engine Bay Detail and Ceramic Glass Coating are included in Express Signature and Executive Signature. You do not need to book the same cleaning twice. Nesting or droppings need a Rodent Decon assessment rather than an ordinary engine wash. Cosmetic cleaning also does not diagnose warning lights or repair mechanical faults.

Yes. Book it alone or with a detail. Julian assesses the bay before cleaning.
Does this repair a leak?
No. Cleaning accessible surfaces does not include mechanical diagnosis or repair.
How long is reserved?
Booking reserves 1.5 hours; the site estimate is 45–90 minutes. Cooling, condition, and access affect the visit.
Can every hidden area be cleaned?
Access and component condition set the limits. Unreachable spaces and damage beneath grime are discussed with you.
