What do you need on site?
A safe place to work with room around the vehicle. We bring spot-free deionized water and run off our own generator, so hookups aren't needed. If you have them, mention it when you book, as it can be helpful. Also flag garage access, HOA rules, and runoff limits.
Do I need to stay?
Meet us at the start, leave access to the vehicle, and go about your day. We will reach you when the walkthrough is ready.
How long does it take?
Express auto work is usually a couple of hours. Executive, correction, and coating run longer. We give a window when we confirm the appointment.
How is the quote confirmed?
Listed prices are starting points. Send photos with the request when dirt and grime, damage, or access might change the price. We confirm price before we start. Full pricing rules are on the Terms page.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 7am to 7pm. Saturday–Sunday 9am to 7pm. Every visit is by appointment.

Express handles light to moderate dirt. Executive adds deeper cleaning and longer-lasting protection.
How long a detail takes
Plan on half a day to a full day. The window depends on the vehicle and the package.
A luxury daily driver
Interior, exterior, or both. The package follows the car's condition and the finish you want.
Bugs and tar after a road trip
Bugs get a dedicated pre-soak and a contact wash. Tar gets steam and a plastic scraper. We will not promise every etch mark comes out.
Engine bay cleaning
Book it alone or add it to a detail. We come to the car.
Headlights and trim
Cloudy plastic can be restored at the driveway. Cracked lenses and failed seals cannot.

What is the difference between Express and Executive?
Express handles light to moderate dirt. Executive adds deeper cleaning and longer-lasting protection. The car's condition decides which one.
What is the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction removes swirls, wash marks, and oxidation. A ceramic coating goes on after that, with a warranty of up to 4 or 8 years.
Should I clear personal belongings first?
Yes. Remove personal items before we arrive. Compartments, pockets, consoles, or cargo areas still holding belongings are left as they are. We don't move personal items to clean under them.
How do booking and the deposit work?
Requests need at least one day's notice. A $50 deposit holds the appointment and applies to the balance. Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice and the deposit is refunded. Inside 24 hours it is not. If weather forces a move, we reschedule and the deposit stays with the new time. Full rules are on the Terms page.
