An Express or Executive detail comes before your first maintenance visit
Before the first maintenance visit, we reset the car with an Express or Executive detail. We pick which one by the car's condition. See what each full detail covers.
Each maintenance visit is a full detail, inside and out
The steps at each maintenance visit follow what your vehicle needs that day. Regular visits help keep buildup from accumulating between appointments.
We check the car every visit and refresh the protection when it needs it, using protection boosters where they fit. It isn't reapplied every visit.
No minimum commitment, and each visit follows the same deposit and 24-hour rules
There's no minimum commitment and no set number of visits.
Each maintenance visit is booked like any other appointment. A flat $50 deposit holds the appointment and applies to the final balance. Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours' notice and the deposit is refunded. Otherwise it's non-refundable. If the weather forces a move, the terms page covers how that works.
How a plan gets on the calendar
We usually set up a plan at the end of the first detail, and you can ask about one anytime. A plan needs to start within 2 months of that first detail.
There's no fixed slot. We work out visit days that suit you. Plans can be customized, and skips or changes need at least 24 hours' notice.
If the 2 months pass, you can book regular packages with the returning-customer discount: 15% off within 3 months of your last detail and 10% off within 6 months. It covers every service and ends after 6 months. We apply it automatically, but it helps to mention it when you book.
What can change the price of a visit
Plan prices don't include add-ons. If the car needs extra work, like pet hair or trash removal, it may add to the visit. Mention it when you book.
Each additional vehicle on the same maintenance plan gets 5% off.

Can I start a maintenance plan on my first visit?
Your first visit is an Express or Executive detail, picked by the car's condition. The plan starts after that.
What's included in each maintenance visit?
Each maintenance visit covers the interior and exterior, with the steps matched to what your vehicle needs that day. We check the car every visit and refresh the protection when it needs it. Add-ons aren't included in plan prices.
Can I skip a visit, pause, or change how often you come?
Yes. Plans can be customized. Give us at least 24 hours' notice to skip a visit or make a change.
What happens if I cancel a maintenance visit?
Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice or more and the $50 deposit is refunded. With less notice, the deposit is non-refundable, the same as any booking.
Do you offer plans for more than one car?
Yes. The plan's only discount is 5% for each additional vehicle on the same plan. The returning-customer discount does not apply to maintenance visits, since weekly, biweekly, and monthly plan pricing is entirely separate.
