What spilled matters as much as the stain.
A drink on one seat, food in the cargo carpet, and an unknown liquid under a mat need different assessments. Send an overall photo and a close view of the original location. Tell Julian what was used to clean it, even if the surface looks dry. Include any smell that returns after the car sits closed or warm.

Spot and full extraction are different scopes.
Spot extraction is a $50 add-on; full extraction is $160. These are additions to a detail, not whole-car standalone prices. The tier depends on what spilled and which suitable surfaces need work. For a spill-only request, use the specialty quote option and describe the incident so Julian can confirm the appointment before you choose a complete interior package.
03 / Spill cleanup
Padding, odor, and bodily fluids change the job.
Liquid beneath carpet or inside padding may need seat/carpet removal or contaminated-padding replacement, with costs agreed first. Persistent smell can need odor treatment as well. Vomit, urine, feces, and other bodily fluids belong under Biohazard Decon, from $249 per affected area, rather than ordinary extraction pricing.

Leave access and drying time in the plan.
Remove personal items from affected areas and tell Julian when you need the vehicle again. Show seams, carpet edges, and beneath removable mats. Mention repeated cleaning attempts or a stain that returned. Material, liquid amount, extraction scope, and conditions affect drying; get the actual handoff instructions rather than assuming every seat is ready on the same timetable.

What if odor remains after drying?
Describe where and when it returns. Absorbed material may need additional access, cleaning, or odor treatment.
Does this cover vomit or urine?
Those are assessed as Biohazard Decon, from $249 per affected area. Explain the substance before booking.
Can you reach below the carpet?
Seat/carpet removal and padding replacement are available where needed and approved in the quote. They are not automatically included in spot extraction.
